James Harper / Hardy Amies is a modern menswear brand specialising in refined casual wear, contemporary tailoring, and premium suiting. We are currently seeking a Senior / Experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DFO Moorabbin.

This role is suited to someone with strong retail sales experience who understands the importance of customer service, styling, and driving sales performance. Experience in men's fashion or suiting will be highly regarded.

About the Role

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate at James Harper / Hardy Amies, you will play an important role in delivering an elevated shopping experience while contributing to store sales performance. You will work closely with customers who value quality, fit, and styling advice, particularly across menswear and suiting.

This role requires someone confident on the shop floor who can engage customers, drive sales, and represent the James Harper / Hardy Amies brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on sales

- Provide styling advice and product knowledge across menswear and suiting

- Drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store KPIs

- Engage customers confidently and convert walk-in traffic into sales

- Upsell and cross-sell to maximise transaction value





- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

- Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and day-to-day store operations

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 4+ years fashion retail sales experience specifically required

- Experience in menswear or fashion retail preferred

- Strong sales ability with confidence engaging customers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A genuine interest in men's fashion, fit, and styling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Reliable availability including weekends and peak trading periods

- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

- Valid Australian work visa or working rights required
