Genus is seeking an experienced Depot Supervisor to lead our regional electrical operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated electrical leader who enjoys balancing team leadership, client engagement and operational delivery.

Working across residential, commercial and mining environments, you'll be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing electricians, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

About the Role as Depot Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with client requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating electricians and field personnel.
- Managing daily work schedules and workforce allocation.
- Communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Preparing quotes for minor projects and maintenance works.
- Attending sites to scope upcoming works.
- Managing electrical compliance and statutory documentation.




- Preparing E-Notices and completion documentation.
- Overseeing maintenance activities across residential, commercial and mining facilities.
- Supporting works across multiple mining operations, including Rio Tinto sites.
- Building strong client relationships and driving service excellence.

About You To be successful in this role you will possess:

- WA Electrical Workers Licence.
- Electrical Nominee / Contractor's Licence.
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification (or completion of exam).
- EWP Ticket.
- Working at Heights.
- CPR & LVR.
- HR Driver's Licence.
- Solid supervisory experience within electrical maintenance.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
