As the Youth Health Fund Project Officer with The Link Youth Health Service, you'll support an important transformation project to transition the Youth Health Fund from manual processes to a digital platform. Working closely with the Program Manager and Senior Youth Health Worker, you'll coordinate the project activities, maintain documentation, track progress and support stakeholder communication to help ensure successful implementation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating project activities, timelines, milestones and action registers.
- Maintaining project documentation, governance records and project plans.
- Monitoring progress, following up actions and escalating risks or issues.
- Preparing project updates, reports, meeting papers and minutes.
- Coordinating stakeholder communications, consultations and meetings.
- Supporting data collection, reporting and project administration.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in project coordination, administration and/ or implementation support.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience maintaining project plans, documentation or action registers.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in organisational change, digital transformation, health, youth or community services will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements:
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or willingness to obtain).
- Current National Police Check within 6 months old (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Driver Licence.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
