Key responsibilities
- Create tailored domestic and international travel experiences designed around each client's interests and needs.
- Recommend and co-ordinate premium flights, accommodation, cruises, touring options and exclusive private experiences.
- Manage bookings from initial enquiry and quotation through to final travel documentation.
- Offer expert advice on fares, supplier conditions, travel insurance and entry requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and attention to detail.
- Achieve sales and service goals while consistently delivering value to clients.
