As a FOH Supervisor, you will be the face of the event on the day, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly. You'll work closely with our Operations team, chefs, venue partners and casual event staff to deliver exceptional weddings and events that exceed our clients' expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong focus on a ensuring a smooth execution of the day's event.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of weddings and premium events from setup through to pack down.
- Manage front-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional service and presentation.
- Brief and motivate event staff before each function.
- Coordinate with chefs, venue managers and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Ensure event timelines are followed and service runs efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage and customer service.
- Respond confidently to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

About you
- Previous experience managing weddings, banquets, or premium hospitality events.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and robust attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm, think on your feet, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA certification (required).
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
