About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Planning team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will make sure our workforce is mobilised on time and fully compliant for every site across the Pilbara. You will work closely with field crews, office teams and clients to keep mobilisation running accurately and efficiently. This role works Monday to Friday.



You will also be required to work every sixth Saturday and you will receive the following Tuesday off.

- Track and manage compliance requirements, including medicals, drug and alcohol testing, VOCs, inductions and training

- Process site access requests and provide compliance documentation to clients

- Book flights and accommodation, and issue mobilisation details to employees

- Maintain accurate records in the roster system and client portals

- Assist with onboarding new employees

- Keep management, clients and employees informed of changes and key issues

About you:

- Proven experience in a mobilisation or compliance role within resources or shutdown operations

- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with rostering systems is desirable

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt when priorities change

- Clear, professional communication skills and an approachable manner with a range of stakeholders
