The Opportunity -
Depending on your particular expertise, you'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of Microsoft technologies and customer projects, including:

- SharePoint Online: Design, development, implementation, intranets and collaboration solutions.
- SharePoint Migrations: Planning and delivering migrations, modernisation and transformation projects.
- Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace: Designing and implementing innovative collaboration and productivity solutions.
- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps and integrations across Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft Purview: Information governance, compliance, retention and information protection.




- Information Architecture & Governance: Document management, records management, security and collaboration.
- Solution Design & Technical Leadership: Working with customers to design and deliver effective Microsoft solutions.
- Pre-Sales & Consulting: Customer workshops, solution demonstrations, technical proposals and solution development.

You'll work with a diverse range of customers, solving interesting technical challenges and delivering solutions that make a genuine difference.
What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from experienced consultants with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and/or Modern Workplace technologies.

Whether you're a SharePoint specialist or a broader Modern Workplace consultant, we'd love to hear from you!

Ideally, you'll bring -

- Strong hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 or SharePoint solutions.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations, intranets, collaboration or document management.
- A sound understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration and governance.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement and problem-solving skills.




- The ability to work independently and take ownership of customer engagements.
- A genuine consulting mindset and enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions.

Highly Desirable – But Not Essential -
Experience with any of the following would be particularly attractive:

- Microsoft Purview, including compliance, retention and information governance.
- Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
- Microsoft 365 security and information protection.
- Solution architecture and technical leadership.
- Pre-sales, customer workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner or technology consultancy.
