We are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter – Back Counter to support our busy Service and Pre-Delivery Departments and ensure our technicians have the right genuine Mercedes-Benz parts when they need them.

About the role

- Working closely with our Service, Workshop and Parts teams, you will:
- Provide fast and accurate parts interpretation to workshop technicians
- Pick, issue and supply genuine Mercedes-Benz parts to the workshop
- Process parts orders, quotes and invoices accurately
- Monitor stock availability and assist with stock ordering
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
- Support general parts and warehouse duties as required
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
- Deliver responsive, professional service to internal customers

About you
To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Previous automotive parts experience, ideally within a dealership or parts retailer
- Strong parts interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, team-focused attitude




- A willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
- A current Australian driver’s licence

Experience with Mercedes-Benz or another prestige automotive brand is highly regarded but not essential.
