As an Assistant Store Manager at STRAND, you’ll help drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with your Store Manager, you’ll lead from the floor, coach and inspire your team, and achieve commercial goals while creating a positive culture where your team feels valued and motivated to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coach your team to become confident and proud STRAND product experts
- Drive sales, achieve store KPIs and step up to lead when required
- Maintain high store standards across every touchpoint
- Support stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention
- Assist with rostering as required
- Know your numbers and drive commercial results
- Promote safe and compliant work practices
- Bring STRAND’s brand values to life
