About the Role
As a Parts & Accessories Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories to retail customers, service technicians and workshop teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with parts, accessories and riding gear enquiries.
- Interpreting and supplying parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership systems.
- Supporting service technicians and workshop teams with timely parts supply.
- Preparing quotations, pricing and product recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary accessories and products.




- Processing parts orders, customer transactions and supplier purchases.
- Receiving and maintaining inventory accurately.
- Supporting stock control and stocktake activities.
- Promoting current products, campaigns and dealership initiatives.
- Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

About You
You don't necessarily need motorcycle dealership experience, but you will have a genuine interest in motorcycles and enjoy helping customers find solutions.
You will bring:

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Previous retail, sales, parts interpreting or automotive experience highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Motorcycle parts knowledge or a robust desire to develop your expertise.
