CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for our client working on civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout Brisbane, QLD.

This role will suit a hands-on Site Engineer with strong experience in civil construction delivery, ideally across subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, roadworks and TMR infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical engineering support and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, materials and resources.
- Assist with project planning, procurement, scheduling and progress reporting.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, productivity and costs.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs and RFIs.
- Resolve technical and operational issues alongside site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous Site Engineer experience within civil construction.
- Experience across subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, roadworks or TMR projects.
- Robust understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence and Construction White Card.




- Must be based in Brisbane or surrounding areas and able to travel to project sites.
