Warehouse Picker & Packer Team Leader

Lead from the floor in a hands-on warehouse role

Sydney Appliance Service is looking for a motivated and organised Picker & Packer Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations and support a close-knit team of warehouse staff and appliance technicians.

This is a practical, active role for someone who is energetic, proactive and ready to get hands-on. You will keep stock moving, coordinate daily parts preparation and make sure our technicians have what they need to get the job done.

About the role

You will coordinate the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring appliance parts and stock are accurately managed, efficiently organised and ready for technicians and customers.

The role is active and physical, involving extended periods of standing and walking, regular movement around the warehouse and manual handling when required. You will need to be comfortable leading by example and pitching in wherever needed.

Key responsibilities

- Manage incoming and outgoing appliance parts and deliveries

- Maintain accurate stock levels and warehouse records

- Pick, prepare and allocate parts for technician runs

- Coordinate van loading, deliveries and returns

- Monitor stock reports, credits and supplier orders

- Support the warehouse team with daily priorities and problem-solving

- Keep the warehouse organised, safe and running efficiently





- Use Microsoft Office and data tools to support stock control and reporting

- Work closely with technicians and internal teams to keep operations moving

About you

You will be energetic, reliable and proactive, with the fitness and practical attitude needed for an active warehouse role.

You will bring:

- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, pick and pack or stock control

- Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role

- A hands-on approach and willingness to pitch in across the warehouse

- The physical fitness to stand, walk and complete manual handling tasks throughout the day

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to work independently, use initiative and solve problems

- A positive attitude and solid work ethic

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

- A current Australian driver’s licence

- A genuine interest in supporting your team and keeping things running smoothly
