Have your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and been thinking about completing your Diploma? Perhaps you’re wondering how you would balance study with work, or whether you’re ready.

At Little Miracles, you’ll have people alongside you to help.

We’re looking for a Certificate III qualified educator to join our Tuggerah centre full time, completing a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You’ll earn while you learn, build on the skills you already have and put your learning into practice with children each day.

- Diploma course fees covered, so you can focus on your learning.

- In-centre support from Kool Kids Training College, online and in-person support.

- Guidance from a Little Miracles mentor and your Room Leader, with people to ask questions, share ideas and work through challenges.

What your days will involve

You’ll be an active member of our Tuggerah team,



building warm relationships with children and families and helping create a safe, welcoming environment.

Working alongside experienced educators, you’ll contribute to learning experiences that follow children’s interests, support their daily routines and wellbeing, and develop your confidence in observing, planning and reflecting on their learning.

Your ideas and experience will be valued as you continue to develop your practice.
