About the role
As a Senior Hairdresser, you'll grow your technical skills and clientele in a beautiful space where learning, experimenting and sharing knowledge are encouraged every day.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- delivering exceptional colour services with a focus on technical precision
- building and maintaining a loyal clientele through outstanding experiences
- working efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of craft
- contributing to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing
- representing NOOR through fashion-forward presentation and professionalism
- collaborating with the team to share techniques and push creative boundaries.
What we're looking for
- Cert III in Hairdressing or above essential
- Min. 3 years hairdressing experience essential
- Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
- Genuine passion for colour and ambition to keep learning
- Strong professionalism and customer service skills
- Fashion-forward presentation and genuine love for the craft
- Keen to develop technical skills and grow with us.
