As a Customer Service & Scheduling Advisor at S2S Marine, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, playing a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience from vessel drop-off through to collection.

You’ll take ownership of service scheduling, manage customer enquiries and coordinate bookings, working closely with the workshop team to keep jobs progressing efficiently and customers informed throughout the process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage customer enquiries, service bookings and communications, providing a professional and friendly point of contact.

- Coordinate the service schedule, prioritising jobs and allocating work in consultation with the workshop team.

- Process customer payments and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.

- Generate purchase orders as required to support service jobs and operational requirements.

- Liaise with internal staff and a small number of external contractors to coordinate work and support service delivery.

- Oversee the customer journey from vessel drop-off through to collection,



ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

- Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding work, parts availability and delays to keep jobs moving.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in service scheduling, job coordination or appointment management.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.

- Confidence using computer systems and maintaining accurate job records.

- Ability to coordinate workflows and work collaboratively with a hands-on team.
