Limitless Community Services is seeking a support worker for one of our participants who is moving to Beverley, and we’re excited to start building his current support team.

We are putting together a profile (with a photo) so he can choose his own supports. Shifts will generally be 6 hours.

What we’re looking for:

- Female support worker

- High energy, confident, and calm under pressure

- English as your first language, with strong communication skills

- Experience supporting complex clients, ideally with Autism Level 3 and a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile

- An interest in Pokémon is a big advantage, as it’s one of his passions and a key way to build connection

This role is for someone who genuinely understands what it means to support a highly individual, complex client with respect, consistency, and creativity.

If your profile is shortlisted, we’ll invite you to do some weekend buddy shifts leading up to his move in December so everyone can get to know each other and make the transition as smooth as possible.
