We're recruiting a Service Scheduler to join a well-established business servicing customers throughout Queensland.

This is the role that keeps the operation moving.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinating field technicians and subcontractors

- Scheduling preventative maintenance, breakdowns and service work

- Managing priorities when plans inevitably change

- Communicating with customers regarding bookings and service updates

- Supporting technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently

- Maintaining accurate service records and job information

- Helping create a positive experience for both customers and technicians

About you





We're much more interested in capability than industry experience.

You may currently be working as a:

- Service Scheduler

- Service Coordinator

- Allocator

- Dispatcher

- Logistics Coordinator

- Production Scheduler

- Workforce Planner

- Operations Coordinator

To be successful you'll be:

- Highly organised

- Comfortable managing competing priorities

- A strong communicator

- Someone who enjoys solving problems and getting things done
