TCM Electronics is a contract manufacturer of high quality electronic circuit board assemblies. Based in Regency Park SA we are looking for the right person to join our team. With several positions available they vary as a post production operator, loading and potential SMD operator along with inspection in our production division of the business.

The roles requires production duties of printed circuit board assemblies. The applicant will need to be able to read work instructions, check electronic component values, be familiar with soldering processes to IPC standards.

The position will initially be full time casual (38 hrs per week) for a 3-6 month trial period with a view to a permanent position.

You will be required to perform and have the below necessary skills;

- Read electronic component values and resistor color codes.

- Be familiar with SMT (surface mount )



and T-H (through-hole) technologies and component polarities.

- Be able to follow written instructions.

- Paying close attention to detail.

- Be able to notify those necessary regarding potential quality issues.

- Be able to solder using lead free and leaded alloys.

- Be familiar with hand tools that are commonly used in electronic production (cutters,pliers,tweezers,wire strippers, screwdrivers)

- IPC-610 accreditation is very highly regarded.

The applicant would preferably have a robust recent work history in the electronic manufacturing field.
