TwoScots are partnering with an established organisation based in Melbourne's CBD to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer to join their close-knit People & Culture team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong iChris or Chris21 experience who enjoys taking ownership of their work and being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Managing monthly, fortnightly and additional incentive pay runs
- Processing payroll adjustments, employee reimbursements and other payroll-related transactions
- Completing pay-to-pay variance checks, reconciliations and payroll reviews
- Responding to payroll queries and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Working closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure smooth payroll operations
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous hands-on experience using iChris or Chris21
