Ready for a fresh start? Join our Strathpine team in a full-time role where you’ll earn $35 per hour + super, learn new skills and enjoy every second Friday off.

No previous experience needed. You’ll start with two weeks of paid training, followed by ongoing coaching and support to help you feel confident on the phone.

What You’ll Do

You’ll speak with existing supporters over the phone, build rapport and have positive, professional conversations. Transparent systems, processes and regular coaching will guide you as you learn.

You don’t need a polished résumé or years of experience. We’re looking for people who:

- Enjoy talking with others and building connections

- Bring a positive attitude and show up reliably

- Feel comfortable working on the phone

- Are willing to learn and open to feedback

Your Working Week

Monday–Thursday: 10:00am–7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am–6:15pm
Every second Friday: Yours to enjoy.
