Priceline Pharmacy Marsden Park is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team on a contract basis covering 12 month maternity leave March 2027 - March 2028. You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service across our pharmacy in the heart of Marsden Park NSW, 2765. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for quality service and representing a trusted brand in our community.
Key responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manager, coach and inspire staff to achieve daily sales target and provide exceptional service standards.
- Store Operations: Oversee day-today operations including roster, inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Financial Performance: Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs and help manage store budgets
- Customer Experience: Maintain high customer service standards, resolve customer feedback professionally
- Compliance and Safety: Compliance with Priceline standards as well with business policies. Ensure store health, safety and loss prevention measures are strictly maintained.
What we're looking for
- Proven retail management experience, ideally within a pharmacy or retail setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, manage and train a team to reach business goals
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
- Understanding of retail KPIs,
inventory managemnt and store profitability.
- Solid organisational and time management capabilities
- Problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous
- Available to commit to a 5 day a week roster for full 12 month contract period (may include night, weekend shifts as required during peak trading times)
