About you
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
- Passion for food presentation, taste and quality
- Strong kitchen leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience with stock ordering and food costing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to develop our menu
- Available to work weekends and nights
