You will be overseeing our Food and Beverage Outlets:
- Goldfinch Restaurant & Street Café
- Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar
- KG Sports Bar
- In Room Dining
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in a similar leadership position, and a passion for people and service. You must be able to multitask at a high-level whist developing individual team members and the team as a whole. You will also have a hands-on management style and be versatile with working across a variety of shifts.
As Food and Beverage Outlets Manager you will:
- Lead the team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach
- Manage daily service flow across the hotel restaurant, bars and in room dining
- Driving revenue through team training initiatives and developing team
- Proactively reviewing service standards and training team to meet the standards
- Proactively creating unique experiences tailored to the guests
- Ordering & stock control
- Maintaining Food, Beverage and wage costs in line with budget
- Maintaining and improving safety & hygiene standards
- Employee recruitment, training and development including - people succession planning for sustainable success
