We are looking for a part-time Kitchen Attendant who enjoys working as part of a team. You will play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Supporting our chefs across à la carte dining, room service and buffet operations, you'll help maintain a clean, organised and effective kitchen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
Offering the award rate of $26.44 per hour plus applicable penalty rates, this role offers a great development opportunity to grow your skills and confidence in a hotel in the heart of Melbourne's conferencing precinct and to be a part of the global Accor community. You must have Australian working rights and availability across several days/shifts to be considered for this role. What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware
- Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required
- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times
- Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
