About the Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on winning new business, developing lasting client relationships and growing sales across the local market.

You'll work directly with builders, developers, contractors and other industry professionals, building long-term partnerships while promoting our premium range of garage door products.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your sales activities, identify new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio. With uncapped commission and ongoing support, the role offers attractive earning potential and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities throughout Wollongong, the Illawarra and surrounding NSW regions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers and trade professionals.





- Conduct face-to-face prospecting, cold calling and follow-up meetings.

- Prepare accurate quotations and professional proposals.

- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.

- Manage and grow an ongoing portfolio of clients.

- Identify new market opportunities and sales channels.

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Maintain accurate records and sales activity reporting.

- Work autonomously while achieving sales targets and business objectives.

- Experience within the garage door, building, construction or trade industries.

- Experience dealing with builders and construction professionals.

- Ability to read construction drawings, plans and specifications.

- Understanding of construction contracts and subcontractor agreements.
