wellbeing treatment or accelerating medical research. It’s all part of the way we partner with the community to help every individual lead a healthy life.
Primary Work Location: Derrimut Distribution Centre: Foxley Court Derrimut, Victoria
Secondary Work Locations: Dandenong Distribution Centre: Ordish Road Dandenong South, Victoria; and CBD Office: 11/50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

About HealthShare Victoria
HealthShare Victoria (HSV) drives statewide surety, procurement and logistics supply chain services across Victoria's public health system. We deliver value and sustainable and reliable access to products and services at scale, ensuring public hospitals and health services can access what they need in a cost-effective and coordinated way.
HSV is committed to building trusted business partnerships with Victoria's public health sector that enable safe, high quality and sustainable healthcare for the Victorian community.

About the role:
The Senior Commercial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the commercial sustainability and growth of HSV's supply chain operations. This is a commercially focused role that sits at the intersection of finance, supply chain and operations. You will use financial and operational data to understand cost performance, identify commercial opportunities and provide insights that support pricing, budgeting, investment and supply chain decisions. Working closely with Finance, Procurement, Replenishment Operations and Performance Analytics, you will translate complex data into practical commercial insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities include,
but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain cost-to-serve, activity-based costing, pricing and total cost of ownership models.
- Analyse warehouse and logistics activities to understand operational cost drivers and performance.
- Develop transport and network models to support delivery, route and freight decisions.
- Manage pricing models and maintain HSV's price list.
- Maintain working capital models with Replenishment Operations, translating demand and forecast settings into inventory holding budgets
- Assess the commercial viability of new health service onboarding opportunities with Customer Solutions.
- Provide cost, pricing and inventory inputs to the S&OP; cycle
- Manage assigned budgets and provide planned versus actual reporting and variance analysis.
- Monitor key commercial and cost performance measures, including cost per unit/line, warehouse activity costing, cost per trip, freight cost per unit and inventory working capital.
- Develop financial scenarios, business cases and commercial analysis to support strategic and investment decisions.
- Own the monthly State of Logistics report, translating data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based financial models.

- Exposure to logistics, distribution, warehousing, transport,
supply chain or operations environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience building commercial models, particularly cost-to-serve, activity-based costing, pricing or scenario models.
- Experience building executive-ready reporting, PowerPoint presentations and business cases
- Experience with budgets, planned versus actual reporting and variance analysis.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Robust commercial acumen and the ability to explain the financial impact of operational decisions.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to perform meaningful work, making direct contributions toward enabling Victorians to be the healthiest people in the world.
