About the role

Working alongside experienced pharmacists and a supportive pharmacy team, you will gain practical experience across all aspects of community pharmacy while completing your internship requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions and providing medication-related services.

- Developing your knowledge of medicines, therapeutic treatments and patient counselling.

- Assisting with medication management and promoting the protected and effective use of medicines.

- Building confidence in communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.

- Participating in professional development and completing required internship training and assessments.

- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and contributing to a positive team environment.

- Delivering friendly, professional and patient-focused service to our local community.

About you

- Completed, or be nearing completion of, an accredited pharmacy degree and meet the requirements to commence pharmacist internship training.

- A genuine passion for patient care and community pharmacy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe pharmacy practice.





- A willingness to learn, accept feedback and take responsibility for your professional development.

- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- A commitment to completing your internship training and working towards pharmacist registration.

- Previous community pharmacy experience will be highly regarded.
