We're looking for two motivated Warehouse Dispatch & Packing Operators to join a growing Australian business with a strong reputation for quality, customer service and workplace safety.

The Role
Working within a busy warehouse and dispatch environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using picking slips and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Pack products securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
- Prepare freight consignments and shipping documentation
- Label and dispatch orders using a variety of freight carriers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Follow all WHS procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily dispatch targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in warehousing, dispatch, logistics or pick packing
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory systems highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
