We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Add Staff team in a Client Account Manager role. You will become part of a positive, high-energy work environment where delivering exceptional client and candidate solutions is our key priority.

This position will see you managing accounts across our permanent recruitment division, working closely with hiring managers to foster relationships and drive recruitment activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets.

- Source and engage candidates, identifying top talent through a variety of recruitment methods.

- Deliver exceptional service throughout the recruitment process, keeping clients informed and addressing their recruitment needs.





- Provide ongoing post-placement support to clients and candidates, including regular communication and site visits to ensure successful integration into the workplace.

- Manage the onboarding process, coordinating employment contracts and conducting reference checks.

- Ensure all database information is accurately maintained and up to date

- Create a positive and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
