Ready Set Grow Dongara is a WA owned and operated childcare provider,
We are seeking passionate and nurturing educators to join our team at Ready Set Grow Dongara who are committed to helping RSG achieve its vision and mission. This position will cover both LDC and OSHC, so being able to work across both is desirable. The following positions are available for Educators and Early Childhood Teacher

You must also meet the following criteria:
The successful applicant would hold or be working towards the required qualification for the position of e.g , Certificate 3/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Early Childhood Teaching Qualification or an equivalent early childhood qualification.
Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications and have completed the relevant child protection training.
The applicant must hold a current WA Motor vehicle licence
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Service National Regulations.
Be able to communicate effectively and with purpose to children, parents, team members, service providers and stakeholders.
Demonstrate high-level abilities to work in a team and be able to use their own initiative.
Be “all in” with your commitment and contribution to RSG’s philosophy, vision and mission.
