Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to take orders
- Advise customers of current products and delivery information
- Enter orders into the ordering system
- Communicate with customers and colleagues via email, chat
- Assist customers with orders and up-sell products
About you
- Experience in proactively selling products by phone to existing customers
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook emailing skills
- Positive, commercial and customer-focused mindset
- Must live in the Greater Melbourne, Victoria area
