We're looking for a full-time Retail Manager to lead our busy retail, tobacco and gift store at Lake Munmorah.
What you'll do
Oversee daily store operations
Manage staff and rosters
Handle stock control and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure high levels of customer service
Meet sales and compliance standards
About you
A minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
Solid customer service and team leadership skills
Experience in tobacco or speciality retail is preferred
