Internal Appointment Setter – Solar & Battery | $100K+ OTE

You will speak with homeowners about solar and battery solutions, qualify potential customers and book appointments for our field sales team.

You will receive ongoing coaching, sales training and support from experienced leaders. With consistent effort and strong performance, you will have the opportunity to develop genuine sales skills, increase your earnings and progress into leadership or other roles within the business.

Earnings and Workplace

The role offers $30–$35 per hour + Super + Commission, with high performers having the opportunity to earn $100K+ OTE.

This is a 100% office-based position in Keilor Park and is not available remotely. Our new office is designed to support collaboration, development and high performance, allowing the team to learn, compete and improve together.
