We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and professionally committed Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our experienced preschool team as a Co-Group Leader for children aged 3–5 years. This is an prospect for a reflective and motivated teacher who values collaboration, meaningful educational experiences and the prospect to contribute to a dynamic, evolving curriculum. Working alongside experienced Early Childhood Teachers and educators, you will contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of an engaging, inclusive and research-informed educational program. You will also play an significant role in supporting pedagogical practice, mentoring colleagues and contributing to our ongoing culture of qualified learning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboratively plan, implement and evaluate a high-quality educational program aligned with EYLF v2.0, the NQS and our service philosophy. Facilitate engaging, play-based, inquiry
and project-based learning experiences that respond to children's strengths, interests,



questions and emerging theories. Apply intentional teaching, observation, assessment and critical reflection to extend children's learning and inform curriculum decisions. Foster secure, respectful, and responsive relationships that support children's identity, agency, belonging, and well-being. Build meaningful partnerships with families and encourage their participation in children's learning and development. Contribute to pedagogical leadership within the preschool team by supporting collaborative planning, professional dialogue, and mentoring. Maintain purposeful documentation that makes children's learning, thinking and development visible. Support meaningful connections with the natural environment, the local community, and the broader world.
