Protech Pest Control is a well-established, family-owned pest management company servicing residential and commercial clients across Melbourne.
We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join our busy Campbellfield office.
This is a varied role involving customer service, sales support, scheduling and general administration.
Key Duties
Answer inbound calls, emails and online enquiries
Follow up new enquiries and convert leads into bookings
Prepare and send quotes and proposals
Schedule and coordinate technician appointments
Liaise with customers and technicians regarding bookings and job requirements
Review service reports and arrange follow-up works where required
Prepare invoices and assist with outstanding payments
Maintain customer records and job information
Assist with commercial accounts, service schedules and general administration
Support the office team with shared day-to-day duties
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service, administration or scheduling
Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
Has strong organisation and time-management skills
Can manage multiple tasks in a busy setting
Has positive written communication and attention to detail
Is comfortable following up quotes and enquiries
Is reliable, proactive and works well within a team
Is confident using computers and learning current systems
Experience within pest control, trades, field services or property maintenance would be an advantage, but is not essential.
