The Fresh Collective is seeking a hands-on Bistro Operations Lead for Strathfield Golf Club, primarily responsible for Bistro 18 and the Halfway Kiosk. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll lead service from the floor, supervise front-of-house, manage bookings and ensure guest satisfaction, safety and upselling.

This role offers growth prospects within an established hospitality group and a rotating roster across day and evening shifts.
