We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Mascot. You will play a critical role in supporting our service business by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and progressing sales opportunities from initial request through to order handover. Working closely with Sales, Service Operations, Field Service Engineers and Technical Support teams, you will ensure customers receive timely, accurate and commercially sound service proposals while maintaining high standards of customer experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
Manage service enquiries and customer updates
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals
Review documentation and ensure commercial accuracy
Manage Salesforce opportunities and pipeline activity
Drive opportunity conversion and complete order handovers

You will bring




Experience in sales support, customer service or service administration
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with quotations, pricing and commercial documentation
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Sound commercial judgement and business acumen
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred)
Proactive approach with a willingness to learn technical products and services
Ongoing training and professional development
