Minor Hotels is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager for AVANI Broadbeach Residences on the Gold Coast. You will lead property operations, supervise preventive maintenance, and coordinate contractors to ensure safe, reliable building systems and effective service delivery.

In this role you’ll manage capital projects, drive asset care, maintain WHS compliance, and mentor a small team in a hospitality environment. This is a full time, in office position.
