About the Role
We’re seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated Customer Service / Job Scheduler Representative to be the first point of contact for our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the trades or renewables industry. You’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations, assisting customers with enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow
Entering and updating customer records and job information
Filing documents, data entry, and general office duties
What We’re Looking For
Exact attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Confident using computers and learning current software
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Outlook, Data entry)
