Hartley Realty & Lifestyle Properties is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Property Manager to join our expanding team in Lithgow.
With our new office located in the heart of Lithgow Valley Plaza, we're continuing to grow our presence across Lithgow and the surrounding region, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional property management services while building strong, lasting relationships with our landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
Building and maintaining positive landlord and tenant relationships
Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
Ensuring compliance with relevant NSW tenancy legislation
Working collaboratively with our friendly and supportive team
What we're looking for
Previous property management experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work independently
Current NSW real estate registration or licence appropriate to the role preferred
Current driver’s licence
