About the role
Supporting or independently managing a strata portfolio.
Building strong relationships with committees, owners and service providers.
Preparing agendas, minutes and correspondence.
Coordinating and attending committee meetings and AGMs.
Assisting with budgets, levies and financial reporting.
Coordinating insurance, maintenance and repairs.
Helping clients understand their responsibilities and legislative requirements.

About you

Starting out?





You may come from administration, customer service, property management or real estate and be looking to develop a specialist career.

Already in strata?

You’ll bring portfolio management experience, sound industry knowledge and confidence working with owners and committees.
