We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Transformation Project Manager into their Delivery & Transformation practice.

We're looking for a hands-on transformation leader who can confidently move between strategy and execution, driving outcomes while managing competing stakeholder priorities in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
Managing executive stakeholders and steering committee engagement
Driving operating model, process and organisational change initiatives
Delivering integration, consolidation and transformation programs
Building and maintaining program governance, delivery plans and reporting
Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes
Working closely with clients to shape solutions and drive adoption
What We're Looking For
10+ years' experience in Project Management, Program Delivery or Transformation
Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives
Robust consulting, technology consulting or systems integration background
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong governance, planning and delivery management capability
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
Highly Regarded
M&A;, integration or divestment programs
Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Organisational change and business transformation delivery
