G2 Italian Bar is seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Parte in Italian cuisine to join our team in our restaurant located in Norwood, SA 5067. This is a full-time role, offering flexible schedule to the right candidate.
Preparing and cooking a range of Italian dishes, serving lunch, bar and dinner menus to a consistently high standard
Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in line with G2 Italian Bar brand and quality
standards
Work effectively and keep calm, respecting your team members, and maintain a well
organized, clean, and safe working environment
Collaborating with the wider team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our
customers
Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
Experience in preparing and cooking a range of Italian dishes, ideally in a rapid-paced restaurant environment
Diploma in Hospitality Management (including Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management) or at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a wide range of Italian dishes
Solid attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service
Food safety certification and understanding of relevant regulations
