About the role

Working alongside an established Property Management team, you'll provide hands‑on support across a growing residential portfolio in a casual position with opportunity for growth.

Key responsibilities
Routine and entry condition inspections and exits
Property viewings and leasing
Tenant and landlord communication
Maintenance coordination
Arrears and general Property Management administration
Supporting the team with day‑to‑day portfolio management
Providing additional support as the business and portfolio continue to grow

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running,



is comfortable working independently and can become a trusted and valued member of our team.

About you
Experienced in residential Property Management
Confident and knowledgeable in Queensland tenancy legislation and compliance
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
A clear and personable communicator
Calm, practical and solutions‑focused
Reliable, consistent and professional
Comfortable working independently while being part of a close‑knit team
Licensed or holding a current Queensland Certificate of Registration
