About the role - Straightforward structure, no ceiling.

As a Logistics Consultant, you'll find and win new business, build strong relationships with clients, and help them get more out of their freight. You'll own your pipeline from first contact to close, selling a product you can believe in, with the support of an experienced sales team behind you.

What your day looks like
Identify and pursue recent business prospects across the Australian transport market
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients
Analyse freight data, including cost, transit times, and carrier performance, to find savings and inefficiencies for clients
Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations
Keep a healthy pipeline of prospects to drive consistent growth
Hit and exceed your sales targets
Keep internal systems up to date so every opportunity is tracked

About you
Proven experience in B2B sales
Freight or logistics experience is a bonus, but not essential
A hunter mindset: comfortable prospecting, cold calling,



and building a pipeline from scratch
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working with numbers and data
Self-motivated, coachable, and keen to grow
Experience using a CRM

$75,000-$85,000 base salary + super + uncapped commission
