AJK Outfitters is looking for an experienced Joiner to build, install and finish high-quality interior joinery on fit-out projects. Most of our joinery arrives pre-assembled. You’ll finish it on site to trade standard and fit it to the real site conditions.

About the role
Mostly Sydney project sites, with regular interstate trips (usually 1–8 weeks)
Read drawings, set out, and build, modify and install cabinetry, panelling, counters, doors, frames and shelving
Scribe and fit to tight tolerances, check quality and sign off before handover
Direct and instruct labourers on site

What you’ll need
Certificate III in Joinery, Cabinet Making or Shopfitting (or an equivalent overseas qualification)
At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified Joiner, including fit-out work




Confidence reading architectural and shop drawings
White Card and a current driver’s licence
Willingness to travel and work away from home for project periods
Unrestricted right to work in Australia. If you hold a visa, it must stay valid for at least 5 more years.

Nice to have: experience in marine, hospitality, retail or high-end residential work; veneers, laminates and solid surfaces; Working at Heights, EWP or forklift tickets.
