Key Responsibilities
Operate production and packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor production lines and maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues.
Package finished products to customer and site specifications.
Meet daily production and performance targets.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work environment.
Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a production, process work, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
Experience operating production or packaging machinery is highly regarded.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
Ability to lift and move cartons throughout the shift.
Current Driver's Licence (essential).
