WE’RE HIRING – SUPPORT WORKERS | BRISBANE NORTHSIDE

Care Together is looking for reliable, caring and community-minded Support Workers to join our team in the Logan area.

We are particularly looking for applicants who have full availability every Friday, as this is an essential requirement for the current supports available.

Main duties will include:
Community access and social support
Domestic assistance and household tasks
Supporting participants to maintain independence and stay connected within their community

Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain prior to commencement of first shift:
NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
Blue Card
Current First Aid
Current CPR

We’re looking for people who are dependable, approachable and genuinely enjoy supporting others to live their best life.
