Business Development Representative – Metcash Food Service & Convenience Field Sales

We have an exciting full-time chance for a Business Development Representative to join our Food Service & Convenience Field Sales team. Covering Launceston and surrounding regions, you will drive profitable sales growth, secure new business opportunities and build strong customer partnerships across FMCG and foodservice categories.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse territory, work directly with customers and use your commercial insight to uncover new markets, introduce recent categories and grow existing accounts.

In this Role
Deliver targeted new business revenue and profitable sales growth.
Prospect for current customers across FMCG and foodservice markets.
Build trusted relationships with customers throughout your territory.
Identify current categories and solutions that increase customer value.
Communicate promotional programs and commercial opportunities.
Manage customer contract pricing and conduct regular reviews.
Use CRM, customer data and BI sales reports to optimise territory coverage.
