What You'll Do
Lead and inspire your room team
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Guide curriculum planning and reflective practice
Build solid relationships with children and families
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Champion child safety and high-quality practice

What You'll Bring
ACECQA-approved Diploma in ECEC (or higher)
Experience in Early Childhood Education & Care
Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Strong leadership and communication skills
